These Terms govern your use of the tuju waitlist and pre-launch website at tuju.online. By submitting the waitlist form you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit the form.
You must be at least 18 years old. By submitting the form you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
This is a pre-launch waitlist. No paid services, transactions, or platform features are available yet. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invite or a specific timeline.
By signing up you consent to receive transactional and product updates by email and (optionally) WhatsApp. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any update or by emailing hi@tuju.online.
The tuju name, logo, copy, and visual identity are the property of the tuju founding team. The waitlist site and its content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use them in derivative works without written permission.
We link to Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
The waitlist is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, accuracy of queue positions, or any specific launch timing. Public launch target is Q3 2026; we may change this without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tuju and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the waitlist site, including lost opportunities, lost business, or lost referral position.
Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
We will update these Terms as we approach launch. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where reasonable, sent by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bali, Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
